Emotional Freedom: leaving behind all your fears and phobias, escaping into a life of freedom.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) were developed by Gary Craig, and they are amazingly effective!  This web site is all about James Hardiman´s version of EFT, and about Co-MET -- a middle way between self-help and using a therapist: EFT with a little help from my friends.

I'm developing Co-MET so that it is a whole bunch of things that you can do To Yourself, and For Yourself, but not by yourself: with a little help from your friends. So you'll learn about EFT, Focusing, The Journey (Brandon Bays), (see our special report on our experience on The Journey Intensive), Co-counselling, Energy Medicine, and many other good things.

On this website there are brief descriptions of the various techniques (I refer you to other websites for a deep descriptions); I concentrate on my version of EFT, as I practice it, as I teach it, and about my third way, Co-MET: EFT with a little help from my friends.

TFSRCo-Met supports Tools for Self Reliance: Practical Help for Practical People Overseas.

Co-Met is about Self-Help: giving people the tools to do the job. That's what TFSR is all about, too. They re-cycle old tools that we in the west no longer want and give them to people in Africa to help them become self-reliant. Fundraising for TFSR on Kilimanjaro

It goes without saying that I don't endorse any of these ads!)
