James has been involved with counselling and therapy for nearly 30 years. He has studied and taught co-counselling, and the teaching of co-counselling, assertiveness, EFT and other meridian energy therapies, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, meditation, and loads of other stuff. He's currently studying Focusing and Brandon Bays' The Journey.

He has an M.Phil from the University of Bath, and currently runs his own IT consultancy.

When not doing energy stuff and counselling, and when not being an IT consultant, James wanders around the countryside with the Hursley and Winchester Hash House Harriers.

... and if there's anyone around who wants a crew, he's happy to add to his yachting miles!

James is happily married to Susan, who is also involved in all this stuff! They live in Eastleigh, with Alice the Cat, who is our resident energy healer.
