Fed up with yo-yo dieting?

Is this the umpteenth year where you've started the year with good intentions, and lost it all by the end of January?

Would you like 2005 to be the year when you get fit and healthy, achieve your proper weight, be in control of your eating and drinking, and kept it like that for the rest of your life?

Then come and join Sweet FA.  We are a group of people who live in, or near, Eastleigh, Hampshire, UK, who are going to work together to support each other in doing just what it says above:

• Getting to our proper weight,
• Being fit and healthy
• Being in control of what we eat and drink, at all times,
• Staying that way for the rest of our lives.

How are we going to do that?

1.  We will support one another, and won't let each other do anything other than SUCCEED!

2.  We will develop proper eating plans that suit each of us.

3.  We will introduce appropriate exercise into our lives.

4.  We will use any and all psychological, emotional, and energy tricks we can, to support our efforts.

Here's some of what we'll use:

• Paul McKenna's Weight Loss Seminar (more details ...)
• The Food Doctor's Everyday Diet (more details ...)  (Those first two were recently seen on Richard and Judy)
• Emotional Freedom Techniques, & various applications of it (such as...)
• Co-MET for support ...
• Bill Phillips' "Body for Life"

How do I know this will work?  Well, I've tried all these things for myself, and I know they all work, at least for a time.  But this is the first time I've put all this stuff together in this way.  And, at the moment, I don't know that it will work.  But I know that it must work for me, because I've got to an age and stage where if it doesn't, I'm going to seriously damage my health.

So I'm looking for a group of 15 people to join me on this journey, so that we can support one another, AND MAKE IT WORK.

I'm looking for MEN as well as WOMEN.  I'm looking for PEOPLE OF ALL AGES (although you must be over 18, so that you can take responsibilty for yourself).  And you can be any size ... if you are unhappy with the way your body is, or the way your eating or drinking are, then this is the place for you, providing you're willing to take responsibility for yourself, with help from your friends and family.
